Breaking Free Day

What is Breaking Free Day?

It is a celebration of overcoming nicotine addiction. This year Breaking Free from Nicotine Day is on Monday, November 18, 2024. Breaking Free is a movement to increase the number of organizations offering culturally appropriate tobacco cessation services to eliminate tobacco use disparities and smoking cessation inequities in African American and African immigrant communities so that community members can enjoy a healthy, happy and prosperous life without nicotine.  Click here to learn more.
