Lincoln police seize illegal vape, drug products in retail inspections
The Lincoln Police Department, working with state and regional partners, seized more than 130 flavored vape products and other suspected illegal items during tobacco retailer compliance inspections earlier this month.
The inspections were conducted Thursday in partnership with the California Department of Public Health and the Rocklin Police Department at three local businesses under the authority of the California Business and Professions Code, officials said.
During the operation, Lincoln police said officers confiscated flavored vape products believed to be in violation of state law. Investigators also seized cannabis products, suspected psilocybin-infused candy and additional flavored tobacco items.
